Thailand:
Thai cuisine is recognisable from the very first bite, with its bold and rich flavours which are perfectly balanced with the delicious aromatics. Thai food is not only mouth-watering and flavourful, but the dishes are easily replicated at home, making Thai food a scrumptious cuisine enjoyed in restaurants and homes all around the world. One of the most popular Thai meals enjoyed as one of the worlds finest cuisines is the infamous Thai Green curry, the spiciest of the three curries Thai cuisine has to offer. The fiery kick of the dish and its green colour comes from its main ingredient, green chillies. While this is usually cooked with chicken, you can make (or order) this dish with a variety of meats or seafood, and you can even create a vegetarian or vegan dish by substituting the chicken with tofu or vegetables.
Italy:
Italian cuisine is rich in pasta, fruits, vegetables and fish, with cheese, cold cuts and wine and/or coffee, in particular espresso, being an integral part of the meal. As well as pasta, the main ingredients found in Italian dishes include olive oil, tomatoes, basil, garlic, risotto and lasagna. Pizza, a traditional Italian dish, is one of the most consumed foods around the world, most commonly margarita pizza, made with a round wheat-based dough base, topped with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. Of course, most people have tried pizza, and with a wide range of toppings. Pizza never gets boring, especially with the diversity of toppings available, and it is always a good do-to dish if you’re not sure what to have for dinner.

Rich in rice and noodles, Chinese cuisine generally includes a variety of ingredients, with soy sauce being one of the most common. Other common ingredients in Chinese cuisine include oyster sauce, chili bean sauce, Chinese broccoli, tofu, fermented black beans and Sichuan pepper, as well as garlic and ginger. Chinese cuisine is sour and bitter, yet sweet and pungent and salty, with each of these flavours said to represent one of the elements. One of the most popular Chinese dishes is Kung Pao Chicken. This spicy, stir-fried Chinese dish is made with cubes of chicken, peanuts, vegetables, chilli peppers and Sichuan peppercorns, with soy sauce to add saltiness, and corn starch to give it a smooth and glossy texture. British cuisine hinges on iconic dishes that evoke a sense of heritage. From a Sunday roast dinner, which includes a roasted meat, potatoes and vegetables, to a traditional fish and chips, most of English cuisine is nostalgic and perhaps the most nostalgic of them all is a full English Breakfast. With sausages, bacon, eggs (fried, scrambled or poached), fried mushrooms, tomatoes, toast or fried bread, and sometimes even black pudding, this is a hearty, meat-fuelled breakfast, which may not exactly be healthy, but it is delicious. If you haven’t tried a full English breakfast yet, we encourage you to make one soon, especially if you have a hangover.
